Eligibility & accounts

• If you are a minor, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

• Use the Service only for your own personal, non-commercial exam preparation.
• Do not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our questions, lessons, or other content, and do not share your account with others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Content & intellectual property

All learning content provided through the Service — including questions, lessons, explanations, and mock tests — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your answers), and you grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the Service.

Premium access

Some features or content may require premium access. Where paid access applies, the scope and any applicable fees will be presented to you before purchase.

No guarantee of results

The Service is an exam-preparation tool. We do not guarantee any particular exam score, ranking, or admission outcome. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
